sir, please advice, my agricultural land was grabbed by local land mafia together with armed police protection, with written order referring to a non existent court order, jmfc court gave order of investigation u/s 156(3) cr p c nothing done, self went to high court, police admitted no court order, principal secretary state of maharashtra accepted police officers have made mistake, dgpolice maharashtra found two officers guilty,and offered to investigate matter by ig police level officer, one year no officer appointed, then self went civil app high court , recieved order for ig police level officer to investigate directly from high court div bench, three months time given, no investigation being done, self have given detailed written signed statement, no f i r lodged as yet, only ten days remain for three month limit, what should my next step be.. thanking you in advance
