Dear Respected Sir,
May I please ask at what stage duplicate criminal cases or criminal cases filed after alimony settlement are normally heard and disposed. Is it during "Enquiry stage" or later during "Cross examination stage".

Any case filed before the court will be disposed by court by due process of law observing the procedures of law properly.
