Land grabbers trying to grab my land

Dear Lawyers, I am a farmer's son and leaving in tamilnadu now, we have purchased a land at 2004 the land was a trustee property which was given power in 1997 to a trustee guardian. The property is an agricultural land and cultivated by a local person who is a land lord. At the time of purchase we asked his accent and he said there is no issue and he has no idea in having the land. After the purchase of land now he is still occuping the land without even single document. He had removed the valuable trees from the land. Whenever we go there he is trying to mobilize with goondas. We have lodgged complaint at the town police station, petitioned the Collector, even CM special cell. He is having lot of influence with muscle, power and money. He pribes all revenue sectors and try to grab the land. He is not even asking the land for price simply occupying and cultivating it. There is no single evidence of document to be produced by him before Police. He now himself injected in district court telling he is unknown of the land being sold and he has rights on it by cultivating it. We have verbally taken his accent, checked documents, went through court orders and no person of the trustee family is rising any questions. We have all documents of Land registration in my mother's name with Patta, Sitta, adankal, etc....... The same trustee property of five acres was purchase by another local person of same area and there is no issue on it. But being a person from next town the land grabber not allowing us to take right of my land. I am not interested to clash with him initially but the person himself not able to answer police questions and produce any document he initiated an injection that we are disturbing his cultivation by doing so he will prolong the action of us as we are also moving strongly.
To be frank he is from Andhra's Reddy group and using his communal power to suppress all judicial rights of my family over the land. Kindly help me/suggest me what to be done and what the law tells.

With regards,

Learning

File an injunction suit against those perons who are obsructing you to cultivate or enter your land.
