I would like to know if a Le suit is maintainable against legal heirs of deceased tenant after HC orders have established them as LEGAL HEIRS.Also the there is an eviction decree pending execuition already in place with regrds to the same suit premises.One of the legal heirs is in collusion with a builder and is trying to evict the other legal heirs by filing L E suit.She has filed RAD suit but withdrew it now she is pusuing this Le suit.
