My father died recently, leaving no will. we are two sisters and one brother. Father bought a plot in a society which is still under construction. The plot numbers have been alloted to all applicants (via draw scheme) but the registeration has not been done yet. Father bought this house from his own personal income. Now that he is no more, what would be the process of registerationof this property? will it be registered in names of all legal hiers together? what will be the process?
