With regard to any compliant against a trading member, the sub broker is no way responsible. The sub broker's responsibility/liablity is limited only to the extent of transactions routed through him.

Sir thanks for the reply, suppose the deposit of the sub broker to the trading member is 1 lac and client complaint to the nse for Rs. 2 lac who will be responsible for the remaining 1 lac.......
