What is limitation period for cr p c 340 application (for forged evidence submitted in court)?
is it dependent on the type of offence or not?
Where from the limitation period will be counted? From the notice of court or from the notice of applicant?

IT IS FROM NOTICE OF COURTS LIM STARTS BUT IT WILL BE HEARD AFTER ORIGINAL CASE OUT OF WHICH SUCH NEW OFFENCE CAME OUT IS DISPOSED.
