My father bought a builder flat in delhi from a small builder of Rs. 30 Lac. In 30 Lac he have take 24 lac in cash and 6 lac by chaque and he told my father that he will register this flat on 6 Lac amount in DDA. So I want to ask is it possible to register a builder flat on 6 Lac amount in delhi. If yes than will there be dispute in future. Please guide me regarding this.
