Could you Help me Pls on *Urgent* Basis.
What is the procedure for availing Merchant Banking Licence.
I have rough idea. I have go through SEBI Merchant Bankers Regulations,
1992.
If I wish to take Category 1 Lisence, can I do QIP.
For providing QIP services as a Merchant Banker, in which type of category I
need to register.?
Apart from this, if foreign pramoters wish to form it what is FDI cap/
procedure.
If foreign pramoters wish to acquire a existing merchant banking company
along with their license, What else Regulations would attract..?
