make a rectification deed for correction of name. consult in the registrar office where the original is regitsered.

Go to the vendor from where you purchased the stamp paper, he will rectify the mistake.

i know from stock holding that rectification deed is not valid for correction of name in e-stamping/franking

Minor mistake in name i.e. Rameh in stead of Ramesh on the e-stamping will not have any effect on the validity of documents because in the documents the name of the seller is clearly mentioned.   e-stamping means that proper stamp duty has been paid on the documents.   Documents so executed are perfectly valid.

error in name is only in e-stamping ,all other place name is correct.

and the seller is not ready to sign my document again

kindly advise
