My father has bought one propery(Land) in 1990, there was a mistake in it we didn't notice it.
In the document it was written as "This propery belongs to SisterName wife of Father Name ".
My father has bought the property and i don't wheather he want to register it under his wife name or dauthter name. Please suggest me is ther any posibilty of correcting to my mother name or siter name(Change's "SisterName Daugher of Father Name " or "Mother Name wife of Father Name " )
My father has recently passed away his age is 65 & It was bought very long back and I don't wheather propery seller alive or not and where he is now. When i look into the property document i got to know this propery was sold by 10 people, where power of attorney was given to Two people.
Please suggest me the best posibilities of getting the property.
