Mitra mandal registratation

My Society is already registered under Society act , Few members now wants to registered Mitra Mandal is it possible to form Mitra Mandal.

Ji, already society registered.  now you want to register another society under the name "MITRA MANDAL'. If the aims and objects of "Mitra Mandal are different with already registered society, and address also then it may be got registered.

Yes you can register. But it will be a different Society.
