my client deposite 15000 in co operative credit society its registerd under the gujarat co op society act. Deposit maturity date is over but society not paid money to my client. Now society financial condition is weaker and no balance all directors and staffs has misused society money due giving loan to wrong person and not back money of society.
i want know that can i file fir against co operative society ?
if yes so in which section ?
