You may get certified copies of the Orders in IA and have the option to seek refressal in higher forums, if so advised.

Judgment on what? Main case or IA

If the interlocutary applications have been disposed then naturally the case will be ready for judgment provided all the other procedures have been duly completed to enable the court to arrive to this stage of this case. 

This judgment will be on the main case.
