Let me tell the full story before asking my original question. Pls bare with me.
My father had purchases 8dec land from his uncles (4 brothers and from widower of 5th one). Later on widower sales same land to other party. Since we are living at Bokaro when we come to knows late, we filed against that. Other party has ocuppied that land since it was near to his house. And they were more dominate person in that reason. My father thought off going to court rather then use musle power. In mean time we had two time got degree in lower court (Gopalganj), but by one or other legal mean he put obstruction. and extended the case. It more than 20 yrs still case is going on.. and they have posestion of land. My father has retired now and his children are well satled down. Now we are losing faith in law system and lawyers. During these day every budy waither relatives or layers or Judge have taken lots of money by one mean or other... And my father does not ready to leave that land.
Pls give some suggestion, how I can get legal occupancy of that land.
