Dear experts
one of my friends persued PGDBA under distant learning. He cleared all the assignments within given time. the students are required to complete research work on any topic under a guide and submit the project report. No support or guide is provided by the institute. My question is that the persons who are already in employment take up their studies through distant learning and they have to quit their jobs to complete such project work if online guidance is not provided by institute to enable them to complete the project. The institute is refusing to issue certificate of completion of course without submission of project. They are not willing to issue even certificate that student has cleared all the assignments(Papers)
