Deal all,
need sugestion and guidence on buying property for minors. we are blesed with baby boy and we would like to buy property on his name. Question are
1. Is there any legal implication in buying?
2 Is there any legal implication on sale of property?
3 Should we make minor as co owner of property with any adult?
please suggest!!

You may but endless property in the name and for the benefit of minor (with/without involving or making co-owner) but cannot sell

U can purchase the properties in the name of minors being gurdian and for genuine reason for the benefits and welfare of minors u can sale with due process.
