I am planning to purchase land in Vadgaon Sheri Pune. The plot has gunthewari done, with 7/12 and sales deed. It is open plot with no construction and owner is paying tax for it.
Can I do new construction in this land immediately after I purchase it?
If not, what need to be done to allow me to do this?
