New Legal Dictum

The Important message from this dictum is that LAW is binding the society to certain Dos and Donts, certain action and inaction,while doing so it cannot be mindless to the feelings and sentiments of the people who constitute the LAW.

For Instance Personal Law cannot be framed ignoring the customs and practices and beliefs and where such a law is framed already it is left for judicial interpretations when the case comes up judgement.
