Dear Learned Friends,
I had left my previous company and witdrawn my PF from. Now I have joined a new company and they say as I have withdrawn my PF I need to register for new UAN.
I only want to know whether it is necessary to get a new UAN. Will there be any conflict for having previous UAN. Even in the new PF form, the concerned person said that not to disclose that I had previous UAN.
Kindly advice.

Don't believe mere words of anyone.
Don't conceal anything in any form that you sign.
Meet PRO/APFC in nearest PF office.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your genuine advice, the issue is that the concern person is my HR from my current company. As I did not get any satisfoactory reason from him I posted the enquiry on this forum.

You will get full satisfactory reply from EPFO.
Employee should get into the habit of meeting and inquiring in person.
