sir,
i am recently selected as probationary officer in psu bank.
i belongs to obc category from delhi state.
the certificate issued to me by the tehsildar on date 23-02-2013.
but as per bank joining guidelines the certificate should be issued by the competent authority is as on or after 01--4-2013 for this i approached the tehsildar office he said that the certificate is issued once in a 3 year. instead of issuing me a fresh certificate he issued me a certificate in continuation with the already issued one mentioning that i still do not belong in the non creamy layer .
so you are requested to please guide whether this will be treated as a valid document for getting reservation. if sir this is valid please tell me the under which law it would falls correct so that i should collect some document in support for this.
sir i got this job after a so long time i'am very mentally stressed.
