obtaining noc from chs in pune,maharashtra

Dear sir,

I need your advice on few issues.

I’m a member of a residential cooperative housing society which is registered under the Maharashtra CHS Act in Pune.

I intend to sell my house in that society,

All my dues towards the society are cleared till 31^st march’10.

I would like to know the procedure for obtaining a Non Objection Certificate from the society and also what is the time duration taken to obtain a non objection certificate from the society.And how much time does it take to obtain it.

Also if you can let me know the procedure for transfer of property in CHS in pune maharashtra

I’m not getting cooperation from my society hence I need your help.

Hope you will be able to guide me in the best possible manner.

Normally, it is the practice that the buyer hires services of a lawyer for agreement, its registration , payment of stamp duty, and its cost, who will also prepare a set of transfer papers, including notice for NOC to be issued to the Society. You have to only take care of payment of transfer money, payable to the CHS which is normally fifty fifty between the buyer and the seller, if not decided otherwise.
