Dear All Legal experts,
I would request you to kindly advise me for the following problem.
I and my wife are staying in a property which has been gifted by her father but there is no registry on our name so far. They are two children as one brother and sister.
Her father has no will so far and we are little worry about the ownership right in future.
Please suggest me which is the best way to secure our rights with minimum money involved.
In case getting it register is the only option then is there any rebate on gifter property to be register on only daughter’s name.
