Partner Found Cheating

Hi All

One of my client entered into Partnership an year back. She obtained some information about her business partner that she is leaking company proprietory information / unique formulas to her close friends and professionals to make a new product for her own use in future - She is stealing / sharing the firm's work with people for her own personal benefit in near future. Her plan is to disolve the partnership and then work independently.

My friend have proof of her partner's activities but she is silent for the sake of firm's reputation among clients.

What should my friend do in case? Can she simply ask her to leave as her partner found breaching the partnership deed? Can my friend carry on the business independently later on?

Please help!

Your friend can dissolve the partnership firm and carry on her business as sole proprietor.

Is this so easy Mr Gundlapalis?

What is the legal way?

Should I send her notice?

Please guide, what is the way out?

regards
