Family Business run by 3 partners for last 50 years on a Rented premises has been purchased by one Partner without informing other partners from owners . We came to know about this from others and when asked he denied he has purchased the property but mutliple people have confrimed that sale did take place even though partners were not infromed wither by owner or the partner who has purchased the property .
We Two partners could like to know what can be done by us , We agree it was rented property and we were also interested in purchasing it but One Partner took advantge and brought alone without infroming other partners with a secret deal with owners , cn this matter can be taken up in courts ?
