hi all
i want too apply for a passport, i have 420 case filed in 2006 on me, i was sent to remand, and i was granted bail after 10 days, after 10 days of my bail i had appered court once for hearing, magistrate has postponed the case for second hearing, after that i dont have any update from court till now.
and now i m wanted to apply for a passport, how can i apply, will there would be any problem again, how do i findout is there any warrent issued on me or the case is closed
