Pf final settlement

I am releived from a private company in chennai on 23rd december 2017.

8 years worked.

Company has to pay 18 months PF amount.

After 60 days I approched my employer with PF fianl settlement form to get his signature.

He told he will submit the form and get the form from me.

I don't trust he will pay the 18 months PF amoun right now.

I am planning to submit the PF withdrawel form to EPF office by getting sign from bank manager.

What kind of step epf office will take?

As my employer has to pay 18 months of epf. will the EPF office process the PF withdrawel or they will hold the process until full PF amount is paid by employer?

What kind steps i should take now?

Can i file RTI regarding this to epf office?

Please give your suggetions.

Today i got the PF withdrawel form signatured by bank authorities that my signature is verified.

Now i am going to submit it to EPF office.

Please let me know what should i do now.

The same composite PF withdrawel form. Bank manager has to attest that form and front page of the bank passbook.

When take that form to PF office. They respond with calling my employer and ask why you haven't signed employee PF form.

They told they will take action if the complaint is raised again.

On next day i got my pf form signed from employer.

They have to pay 18 months pf amount but i claimed remaining amount they paid and waiting for another month to raise a complaint about the non payment of pf.
