Pf registration close process and rules

Dear All,
I run proprietorship firm from 2013. but last one year we not get any work in this firm, so we decided close this firm, but continue our current account for balance payment receive, and close our PF code, and service tax code, is it possible ?, if yes so please  guide how to process.
