I have question as to how I can invoke "EXPERT OPENION EVIDENCE ACT U/S 45" in my dad's case. My dad owed a person some ammount and recently settled the case in a district court. But the person has some blank documents with my dad's signature on them. Now he is demanding more money and blackmailing to make up something on the paper if he is not given what he has aksed for. He is also blackmailing to sell those blank documents to brokers who can make misuse of the signature.
Is there any way I can challenge him in a court and invole this act to prove that he is putting something on a document very recently. He has already got what he is entitled to in a previous settlement . Now he is trying to create something new. How can you help in this regard? Or Is there any way to stop him. please advice
