Is it necessary or compulsion under law to give Police the private cctv recording of any incident if  someone have it and police insist for it?

Yes, section 91 of CrPC empowers the police to issue summons to any person for production of any document or thing necessary or desirable for the purpose of an investigation.

Yes it's compulsory u/s 175 IPC to submit the electronic record (cctv) to police if it is required  and the police asked for it to used the cctv recording as an evidence to solve any criminal case .
