Private preemployment details in attestation form

Sir, I have been working in a private company from last 3-4 months , now i got selected in a central defence job , but i havent mention my last job during the application form . now do i have to fill it in attestation form? or they dont consider pvt? As if i fill my pre employment will they dont ask me, why you havent filled in application form? PLease advice.
