Mere house ki will meri mother ke naam hai or general power attorney & special power attorney mere naam hai. so I wanna ask you that can I sell this house by myself without asking or getting consent from my brother and sisters.And one thing I wanna add to this is that my mother is expired.
if the GPA/SPA is executed by your mother then they will become invalid on account of death of your mother. You cannot sell the property at this moment.
