Property dispute

The amount given for the purchase of land is by my husband and and for construction of the house the30% amount ,(mcop amount of her younger son)was given by my mil..other expenses were carried out by my fil and by my husband .now she is saying us to vacate the house since the house was registered in her name.or else she is threatening to sale the property.we don't want to sale our house coz itz the only property we have..can u plz guide us for not to sale the property and is there any chance to add my husband name in sale deed as the major amount was given by him and we have all the online transaction details..plz help us out.

Your husband can dispute the same and file a suit for declaration to get the property declared as jointly owned along with other investors on the basis of the investments made by all the three and claim joint ownership/title.

Ty so much for ur suggestions sir..she is filling false cases sir against me like am trying to kill her,I have sent her out of the house,like so many false allegations...but we have proof for her all violent behaviour..will the court consider the proof.
