Propoerty Belongs to A. A dies and is succeeded by B, his son and C,D two daughters. The three have equal rights over the property and all three acknowledge it. B and C are in need of money but A does not agrree for the sale. What is the remedy for B and C? Land is still in the name of A.

Clarification: Land belongs to my Grandfather; he is survived by my mother, aunt and uncle. Aunt and mom want to sell the land and realise the money. "Uncle does not allow the sale. Land is still in grandfathers name. What is the solution?
