I am the First owner of my office with my father as 2nd and mother as 3rd co-owners.
is there any way by which i can sell the property as they are not willing to pay any amount for maintenance nor are willing to give me any allowance to release their name from the property....
Also is there any way by which i can rent the place so that i can recover the maintenance cost of the office.
Please clear my queries.

You have to issue a notice for partition of the property to your parents.
Even if they are not turning up file a suit for partition.
If the property is not feasible for division, then court will decide how such property can be disposed and share the sale proceeds in favour of three of you.
