I would like to know what will be valid legal proof for running a proprietary business in consulting and training firm. It will basically cater to various domain of life sciences and turn over is low.
Will the trademark registration be enough?
Should I add professional tax for all kind of training ( our training cater both academics, students and corporates)?
If I want to conduct training outside India, what should be the ideal way to handle international money transfer?
