Prospective overruling

Repeated query.

Pros[pective overruling invalidated means past legislation will continue in force unless  a new amendment  or new law is made in respect of the same subject matter.UNless Parliament or State legilatures change  their minds subsequently to validate prospective overuling which was  earlier invalidated past legislation or Acts will continue to be in force without an  end  till as I said legislature/Parliament gives them validity of prospective overruling.If you appreciate this answer please give mealike onmy profile.
