While purchase of flat in thane from a reputed builder, i have entered into "Agreement for Sale" and i have enquired for entering "Deed of Convenyance" for which he is reluctant.
I have also purchase a flat in nasik for which, i have already entered into "Agreement for Sale" and builder himself is has also asked to sign "Deed of Convenyance" for the same.
The only difference is that nasik flat is a stand alone building & in thane it is society consisting of 7 buildings (all are ready).
Kindly advice how to enter into "Deed of Convenyance" with builder at thane. is it necessary to do so??
what are the advantage of signing "Deed of Convenyance"?
