I have a ancesterial house in pune. The property card bears a name of a person called gujarathi for a loan of Rs1500 taken in 1945. As per my uncle the amount has been paid in a pune court in the month of Jan-1968. We are not aware of the whereabouts of the lender or his legal heirs. Can you please let me know the procedure to remove the lenders name from the property card or need the following
1. how can I get the copy of receipt of the amount paid in court in Jan -1968?
2. Can the name be removed by giving an advertisement in news paper? what other formalities will need to do?
