I am NRI, having a brother & a sister both married living in India. I bought Flat 10yrs back & Shop 7yrs back on the name of my mother as i was going thru divorce process. Funds were all wired from my abroad a/c into my NRI a/c in India & Both properties were paid from my NRI account also registration fees everything was paid from my account. It was Verbal agreement between me and my parents that after receiving decree, both properties will be transfered on my name. No gift deed was given to my mother. I got my decree but parents have not transfered properties on my name and not willing to since the property values have gone up. They are also not willing to make a WIll on my name. My question is how can i claim back my properties which were paid by me since i have paid for all these properties.
