Greetings Sir,
Me and a friend purchased 300 sq yards a piece in an upcoming venture. The promoters registered the documents by exchanging the plot numbers. (my friend's plot no was registered to me and mine was to him).
The Registration happened on Apr.28, 2012 in the outskirts of Hyderabad (Bhongiri). Is there a procedure where we can get the rectification done with so that we get the plots we want.
Kindly let me know the procedure. Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot Sir for your prompt response. My friend is in Denmark right now and i am not sure exactly when he will be coming. So Would it be better if the seller exectuted the rectification?
Both the documents are with me.
