my father got house through lot in tamilnadu housing unit 15 years back and he paid all the due but stil due to some reasons house document is not given to all the house in housing unit and behind the house 2 cent is vacant so he thought to register 2 cent in my name unfortunately register said he cannot register housing unit property without a document so my father gave POA to me and said if u want u construct the house and i constructed house in 30 lakhs and built 2 floors..but now my fathers says he can withdraw his power whenever he want..i built 5 portion house in 2 cent and planned to keep in lease? what i should do if he plan to cancel POA? i believed his words and constructed and spend nearly 30 lakhs for the constructions so i suppose to do pls help me?
