Dear Sirs,
I had purchased an agriculture land from a muslim brother in September/2014 (we had taken the time as 6 months for documents correction in the revenue department) via a registered sale agreement (without possession) with full settlement, as the seller mentioned in incapability we agreed to do the documents correction on our own.
Now there is a new problem found when surveyed for 11E sketch, where the extent mentioned in the Pahani is not available in the Land and presently the issue with DDLR and its taking time.
So what are the legality involved and what how long the registered agreement is valid.
