Relinquishment deed executor is a poa holder for an oci -can he execute alone?

The mother of an OCI is POA holder for him. Both are owning a flat in Pune. Now mother is going to relinquish her share in favor of her son(OCI). Can she execute(sign) it alone as Relinquishment deed executor and POA holder for her son?

Hi,

Power of Attorney (POA) is a legal instrument that authorises an attorney/individual to act on behalf of the property owner, known as the principal. The document empowers the attorney to make crucial decisions in the absence of the owner.

While she can sign it herself it is better to have the rincipal aware of such an action to prevent any further problems.

Have a good day!
