Remedy to be taken

I purchased a plot in 2006 from a person who was  "general attorney" holder of the owner in an unauthorised colony in delhi.  Now this attorney holder has ran away.  The previous owner is stating that it is his plot and he has never sold it to any other person.  I am having a photo copy of the GPA, cash receipt, affidavit, agreement to sell by the first owner in favour of the general attorney.  On the basis of the said photo copy documents, a registered GPA was executed in my favour by the "general attorney" of the first owner.  Now the first owner is threatening me to demolish my boundary wall and tresspass my plot.  I have made a complaint about one month back in the police station.  What else remedy can I take to secure my property? please help me.
