Hi all
I have given my premises on the leave and license basis, but the licensee refused to vacate the premises after the expiry of the agreement,inspite of so many requests when he did not vacate the premise then we filed the case with thecompetent authority, as the leave and license was not registered, competent authority gave the order in our favor directing the licensee to hand over the premises and pay the remaining compensation , against this order he(licensee) appealed in the revision bench, the revision bench directing him to deposit rs 2 lakh with the competent authority, then only the preceeding will start, my questionj is that can i withdraw the 2 lakh rs from the competent authority, what is the process to be followed?, pl help
