Thru RTI route you will get information and documents on who sent what, who recieved what and who did what on which date etc......................
Relate with rules and guidelines.
You can ask about complaint lodged with RPFC also thru RTI.
You have to send hard copies of RTI application with fee.

Thanks sirs. After many days, I have got an email from IMS Health that they have met the PF person and discussed on my case, however they need 2 to 3 months’ time to get it resolved.
So, I think I will have to wait for 3 months.

Let them state which PF person?
It might be some PF consultant which EPFO neither recognise not allow.
You may rather send the email to concerned EPFO official and let them state what is the issue.
Pursue RTI route.

Hi Sir,
Thanks for your reply. I have raised a grievance ROBGL/E/2016/06214, to ask the Bangalore EPFO office about the comment from IMS Health. I have not got any response even after 1 week. Maybe after some more time, I will have no option but to submit a RTI request.
Regards,
Avijeet.

You have been advised in detail.
Beyond this you have to act on your own.
