Rights of a partner in a partnership firm

There is a partnership firm, having six partners. The firm is engaged in business of purchase and sale of commodities. The firm want to sell one of his properties. Can anyone of the partners, sell the property, on behalf of the firm? Is a single partner has right to sell the property, on behalf of the firm?

1. A resolution can be adopted by calling a meeting of the partners and one such partner can be delegated with power to sell such identified property of the partnership firm. Otherwise no individual partner can exercise such powers on his own.
