I want to Know the detailsof the case which was held in Kanpur Dehat District court. I have all the Information about the case like case number, petetioner name. I just want on which ground the case was finalized. that was a case of Sec 363, 366 IPC.
Can I file the RTI for the case. If yes Please tell me the procedure of filing RTI, on which department should I file the RTI, and what is the process for the same like online or mannual.
The case is of Kanpur Dehat Court. for the Year 2014.
