Hi,
I did sale agreement with owner of property and paid 2.5 lac. I also did franking of sale agreement by paying 0.1 %. Latter bank rejected loan saying property paper is not proper as it has minor share by succession. I informed owner and ask him to return money. Initial he agree to return money but now he is not picking phone and not reacheable.
Please let me know what is step I need to take as all these are verbal comminication and how I can get advance money back. Please give details in steps.
Some more details
1. Agreement is still valid and not expired
2. Agreement says if owner does not able to provide clear title he will may be double the advance amount.
3. Agreement was sign by me, my wife and owner only.
If possible please suggest good lawyer in bangalore.
